Our 1-1 Bespoke consultations are our premium shopping experience available for new clients where the whole showroom is of exclusive use to just you and your bridal party. We are on hand with our undivided attention as your personal bridesmaid stylist throughout your appointment doing all the leg work for you. Utilise our expertise an allow for us to give recommendations and ensure that no dress design is missed. Complete with our full measuring service, we accept appointments around 5 months before the wedding date, our measuring service is provided within your appointment so please do not book a 1-1 consultation much further away than 5 months before your wedding. This premium service is £50 to book, to get the most from your booking it is essential that you respect our timeline guidelines. We understand how exciting it is to start bridesmaid shopping and if you are still a long way from your wedding please do pop in and see us on a walk-in session. 

This premium service is not available for previous pre-ordered sale/discounted orders, only new clients are able to utilise this consultation service type.

To help us maintain the quality and cleanliness of our dresses for all bridal parties, please kindly remind your bridesmaids of the following:

Respect the Dresses – Our gowns are delicate and they must be handled with care to avoid damage or unnecessary wear.

No Makeup/Fake Tan – Heavy makeup and fake tan will transfer onto our dresses, leaving stains that are difficult to remove.

General Cleanliness – We ask that bridesmaids arrive fresh and clean to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

The health and safety of our visitors is our top priority. Our showroom features floor-to-ceiling mirrors and heavy freestanding rails, so we kindly ask that small children are not brought into the space. Breastfeeding babies are the only exception.

• No food or drinks inside the showroom – spills can damage our dresses, furniture, and rugs.

• Treat our dresses with care – avoid pulling or touching fabrics unnecessarily. Our stylists are here to help.

• Keep voices low to maintain a calm, relaxed atmosphere for everyone.
