Enjoy a personal 1-1 *plus your bride tribe* bespoke service at Bridesmaid by JB. We will start with a relaxed consultation where we can discuss your theme and inspiration and get to know your bridesmaids personalities too if they are having input in the design choices. Toni will take the lead and pull all of the dresses for your bridesmaids to try and hopefully you will find the perfect dresses.

Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions below before booking your consultation: 

1. I understand that I am paying £50 for a bespoke one to one shopping experience with my bridesmaids where each gown is individually made to measure for each bridesmaid. This fee will be refunded against a secured order, if an order is not placed the £50 will not be refunded as a bespoke service has been provided by Toni. Any order that has been placed online at a discounted price will not be subject to a refunded consultation of the bespoke service should you wish to visit the showroom for a one to one consultation. 

2. I understand that it is essential that my bridesmaids bring shoes/heels of the same height they plan to wear on the day of my wedding if I intend Toni to take professional measurements during my consultation. Toni offers her professional measuring service within consultations that are conducted no more than 5 months before your wedding date. Production takes 10 weeks from the date that measurements are taken for clarification on when you would receive your dresses (6-8 weeks before your wedding if you follow our guidelines and come between 4-5 months before your wedding) It will be the brides responsibility to provide measurements 4 months before the wedding date if our guidelines for attending a consultation are not followed and you book further than 5 months away from your wedding 

3. Please ensure that you select a date that is suitable for all bridesmaids that will be attending the showroom. Due to limited availability and a tight production schedule Toni is not able to offer any additional one to one consultations to cater for single bridesmaids if anyone can not attend the date you select. If you would like to reschedule to accommodate for anyone who can't make it, please let us know at your earliest convenience and we can see if we can offer any other dates, this just isn't a guarantee due to current volumes of bookings. The showroom is only manned at the weekend by appointment only conducted by Toni alone, it is not open mid week or to drop in. Our standard procedures would need to be followed and a design selected directly online and measurements provided by any bridesmaid who can no longer attend, they can follow along with this easy to follow demonstration HERE. Please feel free to Facetime them/take photos and videos of your other bridesmaids in the styles to help decide the dress for them.

 

 

We are no longer able to close the showroom for 1 or 2 dress orders, the minimum quantity of bridesmaids we can accept for a 1-1 service is 3, we welcome single or two dress orders when we are open freely, we are on hand to assist.
