Christmas & New Year Closure Notice

From our team to you and your family, we wanted to share an important festive closure update.

Admin & Production will be taking a two-week break to spend time with our loved ones over the holidays, and will be closed from Friday 19th December at 5pm until Monday 5th January at 9am. During this time, we will be offline and fully present with our families. Our christmas closure does not effect production schedules and showroom appointment on the 20th & 21st December and the 2nd, 3rd & 4th January.

We know that around this season, many of you may have questions about our designs, our order process, or booking information. We will be back on hand and excited to help you from 5th January 2026.

If your order has recently arrived and you require aftercare during our holiday period, we’re extending our aftercare and alterations support until the end of January for all orders delivered between 1st December and the 19th December.

Once we’re back in the studio on the 5th of January, we’ll work through every message in the order they were received and make sure you’re fully taken care of. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we want you to enjoy your holidays too.

Time-Sensitive Communication

We kindly ask that clients do not use “URGENT” (or similar wording) in email subjects or messages.

As a small team, we work through emails in ascending order by date received to ensure everyone gets a fair response time. Using heightened language like “URGENT” can feel intimidating and doesn’t speed up our replies. It can also interrupt the workflow we use to support every bride fairly. Please be reassured that we will always get back to you as quickly as possible. By including your wedding or event date in the subject line, you help us prioritise your query properly.

For example, a subject line like: “Measurement Query #12443 – Wedding 12/07/2026” works perfectly.

This helps us:

  • See your wedding/event date immediately
  • Locate your order quickly to speed up our response
  • Provide efficient support with all the order information we need
