Please do not add a time slot to your basket until you are ready to proceed with the booking, the system gives you a 15 minutes reservation time to checkout, if you add one to your basket and forget about the slot it will automatically re-instate after 15 minutes for someone else to book but it will let you proceed with the payment with no booking assigned to the payment.
