Every Bridesmaid by JB dress is overseen and expertly sewn by our incredibly talented Zane, whose attention to detail is second to none. Having been with Toni since the very beginning, Zane has been a fundamental part of our journey and the quality we’re known for today.

Miss Catherine looks after us all at bridesmaid by JB and she is your friendly assistant if you need to reach out, she is on hand to help with general enquiries or aftercare. Catherine keeps all of us at Bridesmaid by JB on track with our personal weekly/monthly/quarterly targets, she's our Queen.
Olivia
Seamstress & Pattern cutter
Liv is part of our production team and helps Toni with pattern making, pattern cutting and the construction of our orders on the machines, liv is our little dark horse, and a fantastic dressmaker!

Sonia is part of our production team and is responsible for the construction and sewing of our orders. Sonia's positive spirit is infectious, every sewing studio needs a Sonia!

Anisha is part of our production team, Anisha supports our team with sewing and hand stitching of our orders. Anisha is our little perfectionist beyond anything we've known!

Georgia is our Senior Stylist and Showroom Team Lead, and her dedication truly speaks for itself. Her knowledge of our designs, colours, and customisations is exceptional, she knows our collections inside out and is often one step ahead.
With an outstanding eye for detail and a natural ability to understand each bride’s vision, Georgia is the stylist you can completely trust, especially if you’re unsure where to begin. She will guide you with confidence, care, and expertise to create a look that feels effortlessly perfect

Hannah is part of our team of Stylist on hand to help you find your perfect bridesmaid dresses. A true style queen, Hannahs knowledge on shapes and styles is second to none and she will ensure your bridesmaids are leaving confident in their choices. Hannah is our content queen, producing all the crafted reels and tiktoks helping you visualise everything that we are about as a local made-to-measure business.

Kelly is a woman of many talents, and we’re delighted to have her on board. She joined us as maternity cover Team Lead while Catherine welcomes her baby girl.
Since joining, Kelly has already made a huge impact by improving our systems and helping streamline the way we work. When Catherine returns, Kelly will move into our studio team full-time as a pattern cutter and seamstress. With a background in fashion design and a strong eye for detail, she’s a perfect fit for creating our handmade dresses.
Brand HISTORY
Toni Jeffrey was born in Essex and moved up to the North West in primary school and she has lived in Preston ever since. She founded her first business Jeffrey Boutique over 10 years ago. This evolved into Haus of JB where she focused on evening wear and occasion wear. Toni began making prom dresses in 2013 the pride she felt seeing how beautiful and comfortable the girls looked in their dresses pushed Toni to want more. After making her first official bridesmaid order in 2018 there was no doubt this was what she was going to be doing for the rest of her life and Bridesmaid by JB was born!
WHERE IT STARTED
While studying Marketing Management with Fashion at university, Toni found herself frustrated by the lack of affordable outfits that suited her figure. As a student on a tight budget, she decided to try making her own dresses despite having no sewing experience at the time.
After receiving a sewing machine for Christmas, Toni taught herself everything from scratch. What began as a creative outlet quickly turned into a true passion. The process of designing and making dresses brought her a deep sense of purpose, and it wasn’t long before friends and family began to request custom pieces of their own.
That love for dressmaking eventually evolved into Bridesmaid by JB a brand dedicated to creating made-to-measure bridesmaid dresses that flatter every shape, celebrate individuality, and offer a truly memorable experience for bridal parties.
Toni's commitment to quality, fit and personal service is at the heart of everything the business does. Bridesmaid by JB isn’t just about beautiful dresses - it’s about helping women feel confident, comfortable, and excited to stand by their bride in style.

Thirteen years after unwrapping her very first sewing machine on Christmas morning Toni is now the founder of a thriving brand. Today, Bridesmaid by JB has evolved into a team of eleven talented women, all driven by the same passion: delivering made to measure bridesmaid dresses that celebrate every shape and size.
Every design on the Bridesmaid by JB website is designed and handmade by Toni and her team, blending expert craftsmanship with a modern, fashion-forward approach to bridesmaid dresses. Over the years, Toni has built an extensive knowledge of fit, fabric and design, leading to the honour of creating bespoke bridesmaid dresses for the bridal parties of public figures such as footballer Harry Maguire and television personality Dani Dyer.
Bridesmaid by JB was proudly named Bridesmaid Retailer of the Year at the County Brides North West Wedding Awards not once, but twice. Taking home the title in both 2024 and 2025.
Despite the brand’s incredible growth, the heart of the business remains the same: offering a genuinely personal, warm and expert service to every bridal party.
