Help shape how Bridesmaid by JB looks, feels and shows up. We’re looking for a creative thinker who can bring ideas to life across content, campaigns, launches and the wider brand world.
What you'll do.
We’re looking for someone who can help develop and protect the visual identity of Bridesmaid by JB while constantly finding new, exciting ways to tell our story.
This isn’t simply a role for someone who can make things look pretty. We want someone who understands brand, content, storytelling and what makes people stop, look and feel something.
You’ll work closely with the founder and wider team to turn ideas, products, people and everyday moments inside Bridesmaid by JB into creative that feels recognisably ours.
Your day could include
- Developing creative ideas for launches, campaigns and new collections.
- Planning and creating visual content for Bridesmaid by JB.
- Helping shape photography, video, styling and shoot direction.
- Turning everyday moments inside the business into engaging brand content.
- Creating and developing concepts for social media, website, email and digital campaigns.
- Supporting product launches and seasonal brand moments from initial idea through to execution.
- Working with our existing imagery and footage to create beautiful, cohesive content.
- Helping ensure everything carrying the Bridesmaid by JB name feels visually consistent.
- Spotting creative opportunities before somebody has to ask.
We'd love to meet someone who
- Has a genuinely strong creative eye.
- Understands fashion, branding and visual storytelling.
- Has experience creating content for social or digital platforms.
- Can take an idea and actually execute it.
- Understands the difference between following trends and maintaining a recognisable brand identity.
- Is confident bringing ideas to the table rather than waiting to be given a list of tasks.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Can work independently while also collaborating closely with the wider Bridesmaid by JB team.
- Is excited by the idea of helping shape the next stage of a growing independent fashion brand.
Your creative skillset
We’re open-minded about exactly what your background looks like. You may come from fashion, content creation, graphic design, photography, social media, marketing or another creative field.
What matters most is that you can demonstrate a strong visual eye, understand brand storytelling and show us work that makes us want to see more.
Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or other creative platforms would be useful, but your creative thinking matters more to us than simply knowing how to use software.
Portfolio
We’d love to see examples of your work.
This could be a traditional portfolio, Canva portfolio, Instagram or TikTok account, previous brand work, photography, campaigns, videos or anything else that helps us understand how you think creatively.
