We are SO SO excited to announce our new open day service for you and your bridal party to experience our bespoke shopping experience at Bridesmaid by JB with your bridesmaids no matter your wedding date. You and your bridesmaid have full access to all that we have to offer as your local made to measure specialists and with limited numbers of guests within the showroom at one time we will maintain the personal stylist service Bridesmaid by JB enjoys offering the most.

 

You will be assigned to FITTING ROOM A which has two spacious designated fitting room cubicles with an easy pull curtain partition if you'd prefer one big changing area for your party. On arrival at your appointment start time we will welcome you into the showroom, introduce ourselves and how we work and how we can work for you! Once we know a little bit about you and what you may be looking for, we will take the lead and start to pull dresses for your party to try on. 

 

Unlike previous open days at our old showroom (where I will admit have been pretty chaotic with queues for the fitting rooms most of the day), our new way of conducting open days will be far more calm and relaxed for the 3 bridal parties that will be in the showroom trying on dresses at one time

 

We are staggering each bridal party booking by 20 minutes to allow us to give undivided attention to each party before entering into the fitting rooms to try on all of our creations during your time with us 

• Each appointment is 1 HOUR 15 MINUTE
• You must arrive on time and not early to avoid interruption of another Bride's session or late which will cutting your session short
• Typically we love to have a chat for 5/10 minutes before the exciting part where we start pulling dresses for trying on!
• Your party will have 1 HOUR to try on all of our designs (with the simplicity of changing so seamlessly from dress to dress with no zips or intricate fastenings to worry about, you will be pleasantly surprised with how quickly your party will try on all our designs) freeing up a chunk of the hour to make the important decisions and going back to the faves!
• We will be on hand throughout your time with us to help with styling/offer alternative styles and answer any questions that you might have for us
• Your fitting room must be empty of dresses after the 1 HOUR allowing us to have a final conversation about the dresses tried and if we are a good fit for your special day we can discuss the order process if you are happy with what you have seen! If you have already pre-ordered your dresses with us and your wedding is within 4-5 months after the booked open day I can measure your bridesmaids during their time trying on dresses, it takes me only a minute or two so there will be no disruption to them trying on.

Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions below before booking a slot during an open day: 

1. I understand that there is a £20 deposit payable when booking on to an open day which is fully refunded

1. within 2-5 working days after the attended open day provided we have confirmed attendance on the open day. If cancelled within 7 working days of the open day or you do not attend, the deposit will not be refunded. There is no obligation to proceed with an order with Bridesmaid by JB, we implement this security deposit to avoid no shows or last minute cancellations which have a huge effect on our small business. 
2. We allow 1 fitting room booking (2 cubicles) per party per day during open days to give everyone a fair chance to visit us, please do not try to book multiple slots, they will all be cancelled and you will be required to try and book again should you wish to reconfirm a booking. Please feel free to check out our opening times throughout the year and come back and see us when we are open, we are opening more often than ever before!

Our showroom is shiny and brand new and we are so excited to start this new service and method of 'open day' service, because this is a new way of conducting our service we really appreciate patience with us if we encounter any teething problems and feedback is always valued to ensure we are providing the best possible service for you ladies! - Toni x

 

**Please note that this is the only service suitable and applicable with any prior sale orders, 1-1 bespoke consultations my not be booked to confirm any existing orders placed during any sale or promotional times, please utilise our OPEN DAY serviced appointments to confirm any prior sale orders. Both our 1-1 showroom consultation service and our open day service is exclusive of our recent 'end of line' fabric discount promotion. As per the terms of use of this discount when applied to the orders whom purchased the discounted fabric you MUST supply measurements to measurements@bridesmaidbyjb.com 16 weeks before your wedding date for your bridesmaids.
